Velvet Smoking Jacket is a rich, opulent eggplant colored matte polish with lavender-gold micro-flakies. This polish will naturally dry matte but it is recommended to use a matte top coat to protect it from chipping too quickly. You can also use a shiny top coat to really amp up the sparkle as shown in the pictures!
