Welcome to the next in our Rainbow Monthly polishes. Each month will see the release of 3 new polishes that, throughout 2019, will take you through a rainbow of colors. The September Blues focus on the lighter end of the blue spectrum.
Crybaby is a glitter topper of silver holo hex and mircro-shred glitters and baby blue holographic glitters. This polish can be worn over a base color or built up for a super glittery look.
