Are your products cruelty free?
Yes! We love our fur babies at Spellbound Nails and we would never test our products on them. And we believe our suppliers should be cruelty free as well.
Are your polishes 5-free?
Yes! All our polishes are free of toluene, formaldehyde, and dibutyl phthalate, as well as formaldehyde resin and camphor too.
What does 3-free / 5-free mean?
When nail polish was first created in France in the 1920’s, the formula was an adapted version of the glossy enamel used on cars. Yikes! 3-free polishes are nail polishes do not contain toluene, formaldehyde, or dibutyl phthalate. These 3 ingredients came to be known as the "Toxic Trio" and are potentially harmful or irritable to humans.
5-free nail polish takes this a step further and removes formaldehyde resin and camphor too.
While these chemicals aren't illegal to use in nail polish (although California law requires special labeling if used), most large brands have already moved to 3-free, if not 5-free, formulas at the urge of educated consumers as well as organizations that campaign for safe cosmetics.

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We accept PayPal payments but please be aware that if you pay by e-check your order will not ship until payment clears.
Orders typically take 1-3 days to ship (excluding weekends and holidays).
All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight.
According to the USPS website, domestic packages typically take between two to three business days to be delivered.
As of right now, international shipping is available, however, we are unable to provide accurate estimates on delivery time. International customers typically receive their orders within 7 to 14 business days but some orders have taken as long as 20 BUSINESS DAYS.
Tracking numbers for international packages are provided, however, the tracking information provided by the USPS does not update after the parcel has left the United States. This means that the last update you will see about your package before you receive it will be that it has departed the United States. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and will not be able to provide you with any additional information about the whereabouts of your packages.
Longer delays are typically due to the receiving country's customs and import processes.
We kindly ask that all international customers wait at least 20 BUSINESS DAYS before contacting us regarding a missing package.
You will receive an email with tracking details once we print postage for your order.
Cancelling and Modifying Orders
If you would like to cancel or modify an order that has not yet shipped please send an email to email@example.com and we will be glad to help you.
My nail polish arrived broken, what do I do?
Though we package all orders as thoroughly as possible occasionally an order is dropped or banged up beyond repair somewhere along the line. Simply contact us immediately, provide pictures of the broken bottle/bottles and we will gladly replace your order! Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
I never received my order, what should I do?
Please contact us so we can assist you in tracking down your order. Please note that we ask international orders to wait at least 14 business days before contacting us about an order.
